High School: Was a part of the Shelton High varsity swimming team 2000-2004....Part of the 2003 CIAC State Opens girls swimming 400 freestyle relay.... Served as captain in her senior year, winning the dedication award sophomore year, Gatorade will to win athlete award junior year and in her senior year was awarded the Coach's award.

Personal: Daughter of David and Kathleen. Has four sisters, Kristy, Amanda, Emily, and Gillian.
